Corruption does not begin in government.
It begins with our justifications.
With phrases like: “it’s easier this way,” “everyone does it,” “there’s no other option.”
Every time we give a bribe, we agree to live in an unjust country.
Every time we refuse to do so, we change the country for the better.
Our goal:
The Civic Anti-corruption Platform is the voice of Ukrainians who have said “Enough!” to corruption.
We created this Platform to:
stop corruption where it begins
show that there are more honest people in Ukraine than it may seem
prove that a strong state is everyone’s responsibility!
This is not about heroism.
It’s about responsibility.
About respect for yourself and for our country.

MANIFESTO OF INTEGRITY

Join the community of like-minded people!
This is a voluntary commitment not to take part in any actions that may lead to corruption:
not to offer or accept bribes under any circumstances, and not to remain silent when a corruption-related crime occurs.
The Manifesto of Integrity can be signed by citizens of Ukraine, regardless of their place of residence, as well as by foreign nationals currently living in Ukraine.

recognizing the importance of justice, honesty, transparency, and the rule of law for the development of Ukraine, hereby, through this public Manifesto, voluntarily undertake the commitment not to participate in any actions that may lead to corruption — defined as the abuse of entrusted power for private gain — whether in the public sector or in any other sphere of activity.
By signing this document, I solemnly pledge to:
Not offer bribes under any circumstances.
Not take part in any actions that could result in corruption.
Report any instances where I witness a corrupt act or violation.
Act correctly even when no one is watching, i.e. with integrity.
Foster a culture of zero tolerance toward corruption within myself and promote this attitude among my family, friends, and community.
Pursue my goals only through lawful and ethical means.
Where no dirt is made, no broom is swayed. Therefore, I recognize that eliminating the causes of corruption begins with each of us.
I sign this Manifesto as my personal choice and contribution to strengthening the culture of integrity in Ukraine, and to building transparent and effective public and private governance at all levels — for the benefit of every Ukrainian and the country as a whole.
I call on everyone who shares the value of integrity to join this Manifesto and Community, so that together we can build a new, strong, just, and corruption-free Ukraine.
